Who we are

What we collect
When you book or send a booking request we collect:
- your name, email address and phone / WhatsApp number;
- the date, time and number of guests you choose, and any notes you add;
- the date and time you agreed to this notice.
Our server also records basic technical information (such as your IP address) to keep the booking system secure and to prevent abuse. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
- To manage your booking and contact you about it — this is necessary to provide the service you asked for.
- To keep our website and booking system secure — our legitimate interest in protecting the service.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. It is stored by our website hosting provider and, when we email you, passes through our email provider. If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy also apply. The map on our website is provided by OpenStreetMap, whose servers receive your IP address when the map loads.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records only for as long as we need them to run the service and to meet our legal obligations, and then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct or delete it, or to restrict or object to how we use it. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to Malta's Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC).
